Spanish Potatoes


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cans sliced potatoes, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp. fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in a large saute pan or electric skillet. Place all ingredients in skillet and stir until all is mixed well. Dish is finished when heated through and onions are browned slightly. Serve warm.
